Wj2 conducts ongoing monitoring of account activity through automated systems and human review. Alerts may trigger Enhanced Due Diligence and temporary restrictions. Examples of triggering activity include irregular transaction patterns, rapid changes in betting activity, or indicators of attempts to circumvent controls.
Enhanced Due Diligence
EDD is applied to High Risk accounts or transactions and may require:
- Additional identity documents, a selfie holding the ID, and up-to-date proof of address.
- Evidence of source of funds and wealth, including bank statements or employer verification where appropriate.
- Verification of beneficial ownership and relationships with related entities.
- Additional checks when there are indicators of high risk such as residence in a High Risk Jurisdiction or suspected money laundering or collusion.

The MLRO is responsible for receiving, evaluating, and, where appropriate, reporting unusual or suspicious activity to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Account Ownership and Restrictions
Only one Player Account per natural person is permitted. Wj2 will suspend or close accounts if there is evidence of multiple accounts, account sharing, or other activity that indicates non-compliance with KYC, AML, or internal controls. Where multiple accounts are identified, related accounts may be closed and related winnings or deposits may be withheld as permitted by policy and law.
Withdrawals and Payouts
Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the Player Account and must be verified against the holder’s identity and ongoing monitoring indicators. Funds are paid only to the registered holder and may be held or suspended if there is suspicious activity, incomplete verification, or if the account is under review. Wj2 may request additional documentation prior to payment or suspend withdrawals in accordance with applicable law.
