Purpose and scope

This Self-Exclusion Policy sets out the options and procedures by which a player registered with Wj2 may suspend or restrict access to the site's gambling services for a defined period to mitigate risk of problematic gambling behavior. It applies to all Wj2 products and services offered through the account.

Exclusion options

Time-Out: a temporary break from playing. While Time-Out is active, you will be unable to deposit, withdraw, play, or access any Wj2 products. Time-Out periods are selectable within the Account Profile; revocation of Time-Out may be requested only after 24 hours from the initial request and, upon expiry, the account will be re-activated automatically.

Self-Exclusion: a longer-term restriction intended to pause activity for a defined period. You may choose a Self-Exclusion period from the pre-selected options; the period cannot be varied. Pre-selected durations available are: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or 3 years. During the Self-Exclusion, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds, or access gambling services for the duration of the period.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

  1. Time-Out initiation is performed by the user within the Account Profile, selecting one of the available periods listed there.
  2. Self-Exclusion initiation requires a written request sent from the email address registered to the user’s account, via the secure channel designated by Wj2. The request must specify the Self-Exclusion period chosen from the pre-selected options noted above.

Once a Self-Exclusion request is submitted, there can be no modification of the selected period. If the request is accepted, the Self-Exclusion will take effect immediately for the duration specified.

Effects during Self-Exclusion

During the Self-Exclusion period, the user’s account is disabled and access to all Wj2 gambling products is blocked. The user will be unable to login, deposit, or withdraw funds, and promotional material or advertising will be restricted to the extent reasonably practicable.

End of the Self-Exclusion period and restoration

There is no automatic reactivation of a Self-Exclusion at its expiry. Restoration of access requires a written request submitted after the expiration date. The request will be considered in Wj2’s sole discretion in accordance with internal procedures and applicable law. Early termination of an active Self-Exclusion before its expiry is not generally permitted; any exception remains at Wj2’s absolute discretion.

Revocation and modifications

Requests to revoke or modify a Self-Exclusion or related limits must be submitted in writing or via electronic notice to Wj2. The Company will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny them. Once a Self-Exclusion is in effect, Wj2 will use reasonable efforts to ensure it is observed and to minimize the risk of promotional material being directed to the excluded user. The Company is not responsible for activity conducted through other accounts that use different registration details or for inadvertent promotional communications if sent in error.

Financial protection and personal limits

During account setup or at any time, a user may impose financial limits (for example, on deposits or losses) in the My Account area. If a user exceeds a self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit may be restricted. Any request to adjust, decrease, or revoke a limit or exclusion may be refused at Wj2’s absolute discretion. Wj2 will take reasonable steps to ensure the Self-Exclusion procedure is observed and to prevent promotional activity from reaching excluded users.

Personal data processed in connection with Self-Exclusion and related risk controls will be handled in accordance with Wj2’s privacy policy. Data processing supports identity verification, enforcement of exclusions, and the administration of self-imposed limits. Retention and use of data will comply with applicable data protection laws and regulatory requirements.

Compliance and policy updates

Wj2 may update this Self-Exclusion Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published with an effective date. If you are currently under exclusion, communications will be sent through the account’s registered contact channels.

To apply for Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, use the secure messaging or dedicated support channels within your Wj2 account, or contact Customer Support through the official channels designated within the account interface. All communications should reference the user’s account identifier to assist processing.

Effective date

This Self-Exclusion Policy is effective as of 15 May 2026 and applies to all current and future self-exclusion requests.
